Friendly Management, facilities were fine, Free Wi Fi worked. Genrlly quite acceptable. 800 metres to main restauramt/shopping area beside the river, but we were happy to go to the local byo Thai restaurant (and an Italian restaurant also nearby) which was only around 250metres away. The motel was 1st class. Superb facilities. The helpfulness of the staff. The location was just right. Can not fault it from the excellent wifi connection to the little touch like cold water in the fridge. Highly recommend and will stay again when we come back :).

A bright modern room with large comfy bed balcony overlooked road but quiet at night. 10 mins walk to riverside restaurants and a few mins by car to Noosa. Free car parking. I have stayed many times when working on the Sunshine Coast. I have also stayed many times with my wife for one night stays over the weekend, we a pretty picky so can highly recommend a short stay. Everything, it was perfect. Mother and daughter travelling together, so had to put that we were a 'group of friends' as no suitable option for us to choose..!!. We were greeted in a warm and friendly manner when we arrived. The room was spacious and tastefully furnished, excellent value for money. Good location, good size room overlooking the pool and river. Bathroom good size also.Undercover carport as well. Bed comfy large TV. Quiet location with friendly staff who checked on our comfort. Easy parking, walks to shops, restaurants, river; very good value. Size of room and appointments as well as decor and layout were comfortable and relaxing. Manager was helpful and obliging. Friendliness and preparedness to assist. Facility basic but clean and tidy. Overallgood value. Friendly & Helpful Staff. Clean Rooms that are well presented. My neighbours singing Jimmy Barnes songs who couldn't sing. Which would not have normally bothered me, however I hadn't had much sleep the previous two nights at home and bad singing was not helping with trying to get to sleep early. wifi is free, but often does not work and is slow. If you want to be close to main beach and don't have a car it is pretty far. Expensive but nice. Nothing I didn't like really. Nothing, no complaints whatsoever but a bit of a walk to restaurants. The Fridge drink holder on the door did not have a reinforcement bar and expensive bottle of wine fell out when door opened (smashed on tile floor). We were told the same thing had happened the night before, to someone else. Management aware & should fix it or place a note saying don't use. Nothing. Road was noisy though it was Easter time and Noosa is very crowded then. Nothing. We knew what we were getting. Bed sheets were a bit of concern because we could feel sand on it. However, we inform the manager and quickly they were changed for clean ones. The excuse was that they had been changed but for some reason they were not as clean as an hotel customer might expect. It would have been much more comfortable if there had been two armchairs in the room instead of the hard upright seats that were provided. The school behind. Was loud really early in the morning. no sink for to washup only bathroom sink. Apartment not fully equipped. Very old bathroom. The abrupt phone call asking where we where,asked for room early but didn't get confirmation. They say first impressions last. The hotel is expensive than the other closer.
