Friendliness & helpfulness of staff - ever obliging, nothing was too much trouble. Spacious apartment - clean, open plan, small balcony with table and a great view. Large fridge, cable t.v. Plenty of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. Undercover, secure parking. Loved the heated pool. Also it was a nice touch having sachets of dish washing and clothes washing liquid supplied. Liked the view from the balcony overlooking the pool and secluded by palm trees.

Within walking distance of a shopping & café area at prices more realistic than Hastings St. Top marks for the pool man. This is the first place I have stayed where the spa is at proper temp and not Luke warm. Views from balcony; cleanliness of apartment; adjacent to beach (via bushland walkway); quiet. spacious apartments with good quality appliances, beautiful gardens pools and spa's. Very roomy apartment. Well appointed kitchen. 2 brs. Great heated pool and spas. Location, facilities, quiet, clean and well kept for an older resort. The room was a great size, and clean. It was great for the weekend. Liked the view from our balcony, also the pool and gym was great. Dishwasher was noisy, but it worked well. A bit of maintenance wouldn't go astray - sliding flywire doors need new runners, and cupboard handles just need tightening with a screwdriver. Tv reception was not up to scratch. Nowhere to leave key when we left early and car was parked outside in road. Not really a problem as we went into Noosa for breakfast and were able to drop keys into resort later on our way out of Noosa. The noise of the busy road between Noosa and Noosa junction. Wish I'd asked for an apartment off the busy road. Beds were a bit hard. The spa's needed a bit of a clean. Pool bar was not operational. noisy next to the swimming pool. A little old looking inside unit. Paint missing from corners and rust on stove tops. thought staying 7 nights I would have had one linen change, had the same towels for the whole week. Aso, the photos of the rooms were nothing like what I stayed in, very run down. Didn't,t get the room we ask for first, then they gave us a room that was disgusting, finally we got a room that was acceptable. Pool bar had been closed for years as was the family dining room. For $200 a night we won't stay there again. Very, Very disappointing. Front office staff should be aware of the room that you have ask for. Also unit owners should be aware that they need to upgrade there investments to ensure a positive outcome. Regards Barry. Compared to other similarly priced units in noosa was quite dated. Very old decore Apartment was not what we had booked. Reception staff not available when we needed them. when i arrived my room was still occupied by previous guests. the new room i was given was a single room instead of the double i paid for. very old apartment dirty very hard beds dirty cups the stairs.
