Nice clean linen. nothing. I wish staff could listen to the noise the guests were making till 4 am upstairs which was no way appreciated in the common room. Girls and guys were drunk and were shouting thier guts out without considering there were guests trying to sleeping 20 m away from them. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. booking system needs attention. I was able to book thru a www website with credit card no. supplied and get a confirmation. yet on arrival Cambridge knew nothing about me. Very noisy one night, at 2 am one resident insisted on riding a skateboard up and down the wooden floored corridor. No info on who to contact in a situation like this.
