Apartment is very clean, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped with lots of facilities which made our stay very comfortable. The washing machine, dryer and dish-washer are real bonuses. Kitchen is fully equipped with sufficient cookwares, crockery and cutlery. They even do housekeeping on a daily basis and everything is well-replenished. The staff at the reception, especially Jeremy Wilson, are extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. They even helped us to check in our flight to Syd.
all reviews » The staff were extra friendly and helpful allowing us to park the car early in the morning, then go into town and check in later in the day. Exec apartment is comfy, roomy and well equipped, even has a coffee machine. Off street parking is a bonus in this area. Good tram service into the city, short walk to St Kilda beach, cafes/restaurants, Luna park. Access/location to St Kilda beach/resort. Compact room with balcony. Tea/coffee facilities in room with self-catering - toaster, oven, dishwasher (although we did not use it, fridge/freezer and small thoughtful things such as dishwasher liquid, cleaners etc. Bathroom compact, decent shower, laundry m/c and dryer and regular clean linen. We had a cosy one bedroom unit. It was modern and well resourced, with a great kitchen and athroom/laundry. Staff are friendly and helpful. The position is excellent and one street back from the trendy restaurant/cafe scene and within 5 minutes walk from the beach & Sunday markets. We loved the vibrant atmosphere of the area. The location is fantastic 2 steps to Ackland Street. Kitchen and terrace in every room fantastic if you cant go without a smoke. Great staff all services unlimited downloads for $14 every 24 hours, and quick. Free parking so can walk everywhere, Melbourne is hell without parking. Would recommend to all my friends, you should too. Lovely and clean. Freshly renovated so everything in very good condition. Nice quiet location in st kilda. 5~15 min walk to the beach and to the commerical streets with shops and restaurants. 20 min walk to the supermarket. good place to stay for a few days to enjoy the neighborhoods. we were staying at the studio facing the street and the church. we enjoy our stay a lot. The location was fantastic, handy for bars, restaurants, the beach, the city and the Tram network. Staff were helpful and friendly. Great central location in St Kilda, close to shops, supermarket and restaurants. Easy access to Melbourne city ( 10 minutes in the tram.) Very quite and clean with a full kitchen, save's eating out every meal. Highly recommend it, will be staying here on our next visit. This hotel was a great find. Separate bedroom a washing machine and dryer complete with wash powder in the bathroom, a complete kitchen and a personal balcony. Secure off street parking. The gym and the staff. I loved it. Can use free Lobby computer for 1/2 hour. Nothing we did not actually like about this accommodation. It was functional and value for money, but geared towards business rather than leisure, eg furnishings were basic, but again, value for money. Nothing. the small swimming poor is in the back separated from the building. don't expect too much. Having to come home!!! Fantastic holiday and stay at the Quest. Nothing. Bed was rather hard and pillows were thin and hard. I prefer comfy mattress and soft full pillows that are supportive. I had to prompt cleaners to supply tea and equal and we ran out of toilet paper and had to ask for more. A spare roll in the cupboard would have been preferable to the tissues we had to use overnight. The bottom sheet was very dingy and I wondered if it had been changed as it also wasn't crisp with fold marks as I have come to expect. I always like herbal teas but there weren't any and I also look for a Gideons bible when I travel. No vent in laundry so floors got slippery when washer and dryer being used. Our mattress was a bit old and hard. nothing was all good. Nothing. Leaving. The double bed was very hard but the singles were comfy in the other room Apparently you could've asked for a mattress topper but that wasn't something we were made aware of You get an electronic swiper which you need to use for the lift and to open the gate , it was a pain a couple of times when some went out and some stayed at the unit as when we came back they'd have to run downstairs to let us in. The only two issues I had was that whilst there was an opening door onto the balcony I couldn't sleep with it open for safety reasons. I love fresh air and would have loved it if one of the two windows were opening with a safety lock. Plus, the walls appeared very thin. Thankfully the couple next door went to bed early because I could hear them talking. Wi- fi a bit expensive maybe, but probably balanced by excellent value for money. Odd sounds like people were running above us, but we were on the top floor? some sort of fridge alarm at 12.00 each night?. a bit tired but building being renovated currently TV reception not very good (without Foxtel all digital stations need to be tuned.) and small TV screen. A little hard to find in the dark. Nothing really as we were really happy with our stay. Kitchen sink plug was useless - did not effectively hold a seal to sink water. the main bed in our apartment really needs a new mattress, extremely soft and lumpy. shower cubicle a little bit to small for my husband (who is not overly large.). Travelling to and from cbd became a bit tiring after a few trips, sometimes up to 3 times per day. Acland rd strip has become a bit like perth, pricy. Walls are paper thin! We could hear people in the next room talking, walking around their room, hear the tv and shower running, and worst of all, the clothes dryer up against the joining wall running until well after midnight. Parking around the hotel was horrible. Nothing. Nothing. Noisy guests in another apartment in the small hours The letsbookhotel.com reservation price was A$453, however at check-in the cost had increased to A$459.80. This is a poor practice. Dining lounge and kitchen area room was a little tight and double lounge very uncomfortable. TV sound was not good. nothing, all good. Just wish it was not so expensive.
