we all enjoyed our stay~ kids cant wait to return loved the games room, jumping pillow, tennis and riding bikes around the park and look forward to the spa!! hubby loved the fly fishing shop location-had to purchase more flies etc??!! I love it all. Beautiful and quiet setting. The lake view is amazing, to enjoy that in the morning and afternoon and see how it changes is special. There is plenty of room between cabins and sites, to feel like we had our own space.

We will be staying here again next year on our annual trip. Good Location and accommodation was good value for money with clean facilities. The playground and jumping pillow are great for the kids. Quiet Location, great amenities block, we had a free upgrade, heat lamp in the bathroom, separate bedrooms with doors for privacy. The cabin we stayed in was perfect. Good size, separate room for kids, warm, clean hot shower & parking right next to cabin. We enjoyed the Lake side views and the facilities were good. The staff were helpful and friendly suggesting walks. That we were so close to perisher without the hefty price. Kids loved fishing and playing by the lake. Convenient for the snowfields. The location of the caravan park was excellant however felt that cabin was over priced although appreciated the fuel discount. Location was good, good little village atmosphere with services, thai and coffee shop. Location was wonderful. Closer to snow mountain. Nothing to not like. The tap was hard to turn off in the cabin and the heater didn't have any instructions. We also had trouble with the Internet. Room flooring i.e. tiles were freezing you need to take slippers with you. The shower head kept dropping down,needs repair and a fry pan would have been handy. sharing amenities. should be inside d cabin. on that time I got stomach ache n its very hard every time I have to go outside to toilet. I did not see that there was no toilet in the cabin, before I booked. When I received the confirmation booking I was shocked to find this, and disappointed with myself that I had missed this important detail. It was very uncomfortable having to leave the cabin in the middle of the night to go to the toilet in the shared ablutions block, although it was only a short walk away, because it was below zero degrees. Common toilets. Distance from town. N/A. No drinkable water in room. Our cabin could be nicer and bigger. Booking was for 4 adults & 2 very young children. The beds were unmade in the room that had double bunks. This was quite annoying after spending a day travelling and being at the ski fields for a few hours, we were all exhausted. Also upon arriving at the cabin was meet with a bag of rubbish that was obviously days old sitting on the front steps. Didn't like the microwave/stove.. Amount of rubbish, food crumbs and dust on floor under neath lounge and bed. Obvious, easy to see, and probably been there a long time. The holiday park facilities are very dated. The spa was closed. The jumping pillow is on a timer and turns off at 5 pm so our four year old was very disappointed when we arrived. The tennis equipment was broken. Put pf town a long way Old facilities No daily room clean. Hair on linen sheet,spider webs on sealing mattresses worn out, dirty covers on lounge.
