Staff were very friendly - the room was very comfortable and clean - the facilities were excellent & very close to shopping/Sydney and transport easy to get to.
The best bed . I travel 1 week per month and it the best bed i have slept in on my travels. The room was fresh and the furniture fairly new.

Good place to stay at if you need to be within the area, otherwise it is too far from the city and other leisure activities.

The restaurant closed quite early considering check out is 11am. The staff were only able to recommend MacDonalds as an alternative. There are some cafes in Bass Hill plaza which would be a better offer!.

we felt that the price for breakfast was a bit much as an older couple we didn't eat as much as a young person $40.00 for 2 and the bathroom was very outdated as we had to step over the bath to have a shower also there was mould around the tiles in the bath the shower head was not very good.
The location isn't great, unless you needed to be in that area, as we did.

The carpet though vacuumed, you could tell had not been washed in a very long time. The filth was so deeply engrained that it had it's own eco-system thriving in it. I feared walking without shoes on. The fears were founded when my fiancée sat on the seemingly clean carpet after taking a shower and itchy, coin-sized welts formed on his legs within minutes. The sofas had not been washed either and appeared more purple-black than purple. The only safe places were the bed and desk chair.

also the taps were dripping all the time you could'nt turn them off spoke to staff on this issue as well.
Service is poor due to lack of personnel.
Food/plates left in hallways by cleaners. Room not cleaned. Eating
utensils not cleaned and placed back in cups. Loose tiles/bricks by
pool. Generally tired appearance of carpet. Poor value for money.
Filthy balcony with cigarette ash all over it. Bathroom unclean with tap that continuously dripped. Biggest rip off at $270 a night! I would hate to see what the cheapest room looked like. Worst Rydges chain I've ever stayed at.
