Staff were very friendly. I rang ahead to advise we would be arriving late. So they org. the key to be left in the room. Very clean and the bed was very comf. and so was the pillow. Have been traveling a bit lately. As these have been the best so far. Very happy and would stay there again. What I like about the hotel was the best thing ever cause I and my kids enjoy staying overnite cause it had big room with plenty of space and had everything.

Because it was a business trip it was adequate for what we wanted - clean and budget friendly for the 2 nights, and close to the Wodonga Show Grounds where our business was. close to town, large room, good bathroom, big television. Room was clean, tidy and welll maintained. The spa. Location was good. The most of things that I didn't like was there was no plate,bowl,sauce with no knife , fork cause lot of hotel do had those as I had to buy some for my family to eat on them. There was nothing not to like. The bathroom needed a bit of updating, especially the vanity unit. Noisy one night due to the 'smokers' sitting outside the rooms, drinking and chatting. They needed to be in the back carpark so that other guests are not disturbed. the spa room had to much chlorine and after a few minutes we had to get our of the spa because the smell was getting in our eyes. Lack of crockery for use if providing own breakfast. Pool not clean, washing machine didn't work but manager allowed us to us their commercial washing machines. No problems arose. Base of bathroom basin taps could have been cleaner and the rear of door and frame needed a clean! Otherwise everything else was fine. hard bed. N/a. that it rained. Cigarette butts and ashtrays outside the rooms. Nothing. Nothing. Noise from hoons out on the main street doing circle work and racing was stressful and woke us up at 1am until about 3am. Lots of speed and squealing of tires was very excessive and worrying, especially the 2nd night we stayed (8th May). Room could have been cleaner, carpet was dirty, walls needed a paint and a microwave would have been handy, our room was tired and dated, no free WiFi, parking was first in park anywhere. Having to pay $10 extra for the disabled suite. To my mind it would have been esier to clean the bathroom than a normal room, so why the extra $10. Nothing really. No plates or cutlery provided, when asked, 4 dirty dinner plates were produced which we had to wash and dry before using. Pool was quite dirty, we had to swim between the leaves, and my son got an all over skin rash after swimming for less than an hour.
