Quite expensive, people are allowed to smoke at the lobby, breakfast is not included in the price. No laundry service at night. I usually come late night and want to have clean clothes in the morning. Breakfast was not good and expensive for what it was. The air conditioner does not set manually. Sometime in the middle of a night it shut off suddenly. Also my room window view to the lobby area so I have no sun access. The breakfast was not what I expected. It was more European then Armenian. I have got junior suite with windows to the main street and karaoke bar in front. Sound insulation of the windows is really poor, so it was good I had my earplugs. Even then cloud hear bass trumping till 3 am. And you can hear the street noise in the morning. Well, that's the downside of living in the best possible location. No variety in breakfast,. Slow internet. Elevator, and the description at letsbookhotel.com is wrong, we were promised things and got other, the suite I got is nothing like what it was described. Most aircrafts arrive in Yerevan very early in the morning . yet the checking time is 12.00h. a charge of 50% is applied when checking in at 5.30 or 6 h in the morning. extremely overpriced. there is not outdoor swiming pool.
