This is a good place, good location and staff are beyond good. You will make a friend here. Kitchen is ok if you want to cook, they have the occasional night where the staff cooks a dinner and you pay to join in, its very inexpensive. Every room has a fantastic view of the lake and mountains. This is a clean, quiet and fairly modern hotel. Location is great - less than a 10 min walk away to the city center. Breakfast was wonderful. Breakfast starts at 8:00, but they allowed us to have breakfast earlier because we had a bus to catch at 8:45, which we were very greatful for. The front desk guy (British national) was very helpful and ordered us a taxi the night before. The man who organized breakfast was also very friendly and
