Without question....the staff is unbeatable! The owner and son are on premise for most of each day. They have a great team of people. Most all spoke English fluently. Excellent location in happening Palermo... Loft was spacious and with cooking facilities, and one is quite independent to do as one pleases.. Staff are very friendly... Hotel is clean and private... facilities are limited but its got a very homelike feeling... Grocery shop right next door...
