From the first moment we entered the hotel we loved it. Reception stuff was very helpful. Our room was lovely with comfortable beds and beautiful bathroom. swimming pool and services by the pool were excellent and the food we had at the bar/pool area was good. Breakfast was great, many varieties and all very fresh. The massage i had in the spa was also very good. Over all, it was the nicest and friendliest hotel we stayed in Argentina so far and we loved it. Cant wait to go back!.

It is locate in the middle of the jungle near to the Iguazu river with amazing swimming pools with tress in the middle of them. The rooms are lovely and its staff were very kind all the time. Definitely I recommend this amazing place! The paradise!. The suites are spread over different buildings connected by hanging bridges. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The hotel is located very closed to the Iguazu River and surrounded by vegetation. The pool is very nice. The landscape is breathtaking. The hotel is located in the middle of the jungle but not far from Iguazu town and the falls. The pool area is amazing!. This hotel is a gem in the middle of the jungle. Incredible swimming pool area, great service. You feel there as if you are part of nature as well. the way it is located inside the jungle. It's a very nice experience. It's quite close to the Fall and the city. Perfect, entirely as per web thought we were sleeping in the Jungle at tree top height, but in luxury. What an amazing hotel. Our room didn't have a balcony but it was not a big deal as we didn't want to leave the pool area anyway. No free wifi in the rooms. Just to find something... but I'm not really disappointed at all. The only thing that I didn't like very much was the food is not at the same level of the rest of the hotel. And maybe it would be awesome if they provide repellent because Iguazu is plenty of insects are the hotel its a little far away from the twon were you can buy it. I would expect the restaurant to serve a larger variety at the dinner buffet. Staff attention could be improved as well as quality of food. Rather expensive (accomodation price). the room is not as nice as expected. And the room rate is quite expensive. Breakfast can be better. Very small gripe the pools were freezing, but probably suited those of a younger age. Biggest problem was finding the hotel in the first place. Poorly sign posted off the main road and information center and locals were very vague with directions. Once found never forgotten. You have to pay to get wifi in your room. Against this roomrates that seems a bit to much.. You still have to pay extra for the Wi-Fi, even on the PCs that the hotel put at "disposal" in the lobby. In a 5* hotel, I find it scandalous. Wi-Fi availability of 220 to 110 converters. Slow service in Tiki bar/lunchroom Reception didn't follow agreements: reservation for taxi's, reparation in room. Wait to long to be served at the bar as well as at the restaurant. Extra charge for Wifi in rooms. Number and diversity of breakfast meals did not answer five-star hotel level. Rooms are big, but their angular minimalist design makes them somewhat cheerless. Such rooms would be more appropriate for a business hotel in a city. Internet connection was terrible.
