  Had a great stay at the Mendoza Suites. The staff was so kind and helpful. I found them really easy and fun to talk to but also really informative as I scheduled excursions with them. I also didn't feel pressured to do their excursions as they offered other options for you which were non tour (especially for the vineyards aka bodegas). Didn't partake in any of the social hours but the common roo - The staff was super. Very friendly and went out of their way to help make their guests feel as comfortable as possible. Honestly, I thought the common areas were a little sterile, so thought I might look for a different place to stay. Once I got to know the staff, I stayed twice as long as I thought I would. Also, I thought the kitchen facilities were great and my room was very comfortable.

  Everything. Perfect location and very chill atmosphere. My room was clean and the bathroom was private - with a hair dryer! The pool is great and they had a great band perform on Friday night.   The service was excellent with very helpful attentive staff. There was a nice, simple breakfast and the rooms and showers were clean. Very good for the price, I would stay here again. - It was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly, only 5 min walk from Alameda.

  Really friendly owner and staff. Basic but clean and comfortable. Lots of bathrooms so only two rooms share a bathroom. What you want from a backpackers. Really good location. If you want to you can also book tours through them but it is not a requirement like some other places. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again. -... what people say » Excellent service, staff were great and genuine. Particular mention to Cecilia at the reception who is as helpful as a good friend would be and greets guests with a great smile. Also Luc (the owner) who goes out of his way to help guests with whatever issues they may have. Great location and good quality tours.
