  At the adress there was no room available. However, I have been given one about 700 mtrs away in one of the best neighborhoods (Recoleta). The one room apartment with kitchenette was new and luxuriously equipped. - Very relaxing, clean, prompt service for our questions.   Awesome staff, very friendly. We stayed in an apartment for a really cheap price and it was beautiful and comfortable. In the middle of th city, it was actually the perfect place to stay.   Once we moved to Hotel Suites and Lofts 1 (the loft-one of the twohotels), the staff was very helpful, the hotel very clean and the valuefor money good. Especially the staff needs mentioning here. However,this does not apply to Hollywood Suites and Lofts 2 (the suites-tower)!!!!
