The hotel is definitely more than simple but in any case very charming. The interior is based on a British design. Each room is individually designed. We stayed there twice during our trip through Argentina and had two different rooms, especially the loft was gorgeous. Very clean, very good breakfast which is served individually and the location is perfect to plan day trips through Buenos Aires. The staff is very friendly and was very helpful in planning day trips.
all reviews » lovely room, it was, just like its name, simple and charming, wish i'd had longer than just a quick nights stay to enjoy it more. rooms very prettily decorated, even had my own little patio outside my room with vines and geraniums, a guest house with a difference, and the landlady was waiting for me as agreed for my late arrival, very accommodating and attentive. This lodging gives you similar to a bed and breakfast experience.the interior is very nicely decorated somewhat like an English tea house .It is very well located in the Palermo district. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms had a comfortable bed, balcony over the city street, and were very clean. The staff was extremely helpful and gave us suggestions on where to walk since we were unfamiliar with the area. Lovely place!!. Room is simple, charming and clean. Breakfast is good and helpful staff, especially the 2 ladies who speak very good English to assist us during our stay. Definitely charming place, friendly owner. Good location in Palermo, breakfast is same every day but relatively much compared to the Argentinian style. Pay by cash only. a bit small room. Lots of rd noise. The basement rooms are really dark and have no windows. But for some days that was fine. At the beginning the staff was unfreidnly and didnt speak english at all. Breakfast was included in the rate and as we checked out very early, we were promised to get a take away breakfast, but in fact we didnt get anything.. Present personnel speaks no english. (you have to call a phone number to get english speaking personnel). No credit card payment possible. Very simple breakfast. Poor service, no active refill offer of i.e. coffee. Poor english skills. Only one person, speaks english, but need to be called on phone. No credit card payment possible. Poor breakfast service, as no active refill is offered for I.E. coffee. Dont ever stay here. Owner ripped us off badly with exchange rate. Not friendly. Not interested. Rooms not like web site at all.
