A warm welcome by the staff and a very relaxing room awaited our arrival. Included breakfast was nicely prepared and had the full range of food- omelettes made just for you. I think this is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, in the world! The linens were perfect. Franco, Martin and Egor went out of their way to accommodate our activity plans. We were not rushed out. the Recolata location couldn't be better for everything we wanted to do. I am recommending that our guide suggest 'Mio.

Would loved to have stayed longer, but unfortunately we only had one night! If ever back in BA, we will stay at Mio!. Design boutique type hotel. Very friendly and efficient staff with excellent location in the most elegant area of Buenos Aires. Great breakfast, included in the Room's price. Rooms are spacious. Beds and linens are great. If I had to complain about something, it would be that the room felt a little hot (the aircon didn’t seem to cool the room completely) - but this was a very minor issue. Hotel room seemed a little worn-out in small details in furniture and walls. Cleanness needs to be taken more seriously. The wooden bathtub is original but completely useless! Had a problem with shower area for it got flooded everytime I showered. I stayed in room 1001. Nothinhg. I would have liked a spa with a sauna as well as a steam room but. Spa is not staffed. Deferred maintenance in some areas. Spa had a leak with a bucket capturing the water. Not very relaxing. Exercise room is a bit small, but for as it is a small hotel it never was crowded. Nothing. It was good but the breakfast could be a bit richer. All good. Could not exchange dollars to pesos. Few fixtures needed in the room that could have been completed. The coffee and other basic drink items were not complimentary and should be for the price of the hotel. The maid left fewer and fewer towels in the room with each passing day. We ended up with one hand towel and bath towe and no shower mat, when the room was clearly occupied by two people.
