Excellent location in nice old-style hotel. Breakfast much better than expected. being centrally located to the two plazas on Calle 9 Julio The pleasant staff and breakfast. A little run down - and the staff - especially at breakfast - is hopelessly inefficient. The excellent location means noise from the Avenida - but it is a lot less disturbing than you first think.
