free wi-fi and safe in room, some english t.v programmes. breakfast buffet was good as was evening a la carte.
Staff was extremely polite and helpful especially since I do not speak Spanish.
both elevators broke so we had to use service lift. shower could use some new grouting. pillows and towels of lowest quality. noisy even though rooms are double glazed.
