The staff was very courteous and helpful no matter our requests. My friend and i accidentally locked our hotel room safe three times and the hotel manager came by repeatedly to unlock the safe, assuring us that it's okay despite our troubling him. The amenities of the hotel was good, nothing spectacular but good enough. The location of the hotel is favorably situated near the Recoleta Cemetery and the Recoleta Mall. Furthermore, the room was really clean, comfortable and roomy. The breakfast .

There is a good shopping centre just around the corner and the next streets of Callao and Santa Fe are good for quality shopping. The hotel is functional and comfortable. Rooms need soundproof tech, any time people were talking in the hall, we could hear almost everything, and we were thinking that could be in the opposite way too. We asked for room service, and they took an hour to get a cup of tea. The poor breakfast, the water dispersion of the baththube. Nothing. breakfast may be too simple, not many choices. For business travelers, it's important to have coffee available consistently from 6:30 am onward. A falta de um restaurante. Elevators too hot and slow. Breakfast could be fresher (they offer canned fruit, carton orange juice) Internet access although free, it is frustrating, so slow. A Kleenexes box will be great Softer towels. The staff didn't know much about the questions asked, in fact gave the wrong information various times. The electricity cut out for like 5 hours and thy didn't give any information or solution. The bathroom floor gets wet when you take a shower! And the late check-out was not an option for us. The rooms on Av Las Heras are a bit noisy despite the sound insulation Breakfast so so Lifts were slow, small and had to wait a long time for an empty one to take up luggage etc New or musty smell in rooms. Everything. Poor amenities on bathroom. Poor service room. Disorganized breakfast with poor options. Swimming pool just seasonal. Very expensive for offered. Asked for a blanket received a duvet thrown on bed no cover, asked for more sheets also thrown on bed so we had to make up the bed !! Place needs a lift and a paint.
