We had a wonderful time at 5411 Soho Hotel when we stayed in mid-November. It was the perfect location right in the heart of Palermo Soho. Tons of cute shops, great restaurants and plenty of wine shops and tastings right outside. The staff was very friendly and gave us lots of great tips during our stay. We would definitely stay here again next time we return to BA!

The price was 145 dollars they charge 1007 peso at the exchange rate should be about 700

The staff were friendly ,and very helpful the breakfast was good,the position was good,the room was good all for a very reasonable price..

The staff is really friendly and will do anything they can to help you. The location is wonderful: just a block away from Plaza Serrano, the epicenter of everything in Palermo Viejo. And since it's a small hotel, they are always aware of who's entering the place, so I thought it was very secure, which is also important.

The room was a bit damp, so if humidity is bad for your health, I do not recommend staying there. Fortunately, though, the air conditioning has a dehumidifier, and when I used it I felt the situation was greatly improved.

Design hotel- great colour scheme and furnishings. Staff were very friendly and helpful- they recommended bars & restaurants in the area. Free glass of wine on arrival which was a nice touch. The location is excellent, in the heart of Palermo Soho.

Breakfast wasn't ready until 8:30am - late when you have an international flight.

Staff verry helpfull, nice but small pool in a courtyard.

The location was fantastic. Close to the Airport and lively eateries. A short walk to Plaza Serrano which has many bars and places to eat. The staff were more than helpful with directions and speaking to the airlines after an issue arose. Breakfast was more than adequate. Nice fresh juice, pastries and lots of coffee.

I thought the room was slightly over priced for what it was but then it is located in an upmarket neighbourhood.

staff is very helpful, location is good. i an returning there in 2 weeks time, and they are going to give a more comfortable room. I think the gesture is nice. I appreciate this a lot.

Excellent Location Friendly Staff

Felt dated, chipping paint, pilled comforter. Many things weren't working: my jacuzzi tub, the steam shower, the wifi on the last morning

Though there is a jacuzzi at the hotel, it didn't appear to be in operation when I was at the hotel in September.

The hotel is on a good location and the staff is friendly.

The value for money ratio on this hotel is not good. We paid a lot and it did not live up to our expectations. Pool etc. was filthy and the location is good, but not unique. You can find plenty other alternatives for a better deal. The worst thing about my stay was the fact I saw various cockroaches, one the size of my thumb (!).
