  I've been to Bariloche many times and this is a newish hotel. It's modern, well run and the location is great. Has bbc World on the tube and the Wifi is good. Remember, Bariloche is small so you should not spend too much time there. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. - Staff was very helpful, breakfast bar was really good. Located really close to restaurants and shops downtown Bariloche.

  The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful in advising us of a place to eat when we arrived late and where to get our camera charged. Location very handy for visiting the town of Bariloche. Private parking. - My wife was ill when we were there and the owner and staff were most kind and helpful.I highly recommend this hotel

  The hotel has lovely views and is a short (little bit steep) walk from the main tourist areas. Staff are really friendly and speak english for those of us with little spanish. Oliver on reception our first day or so was excellent telling us the highlights to see and booking us on a tour. The owner was also friendly and sorted us out with taxi's etc. Breakfast was - Every room has a fantastic view of the lake and mountains. This is a clean, quiet and fairly modern hotel. Location is great - less than a 10 min walk away to the city center. Breakfast was wonderful. Breakfast starts at 8:00, but they allowed us to have breakfast earlier because we had a bus to catch at 8:45, which we were very greatful for. The front desk guy (British national) was very helpful and ordered us a taxi the night before. The man who organized breakfast was also very friendly and
