the big restaurant was a bit crowded, thus noisy on saturday night, but well you can expect this since the hotel was full

This hotel is wonderful.The internal spa is unbelievable nice, the restaurant and its buffet are exceptional and the quality/price relationship is optimal.

This is an hotel for smoking people(I think like all the hotels in andorra).I'll appreciate a non smoking area the next time.

Excellent hotel in fab location next to gondola. Views from suite overlooking fantastic views.Great food-plenty of choice. Extremely helpful staff members.A good all-round hotel.Would definately return.

Shame there was no swimming pool for children.

Nice and clean room with terrace which have great view to mountains. Helpful staff. I stayed here at end of May so price for such great room was absolutely fine.

None, tho diner and lunch price might expensive for someone, but food is good.

Large room with great facilities. Next to gondola for rapid access to ski slopes.

Ease of acces to the gondola's for skiing

Staff at front desk continued talking among themselves when we arrivedat the desk. Or they walked off in the back. Or they picked up thephone despite the fact we were there. WHen they dealt with us theywere quiet nice. They did not seem to know whether we could use a callcard on the phone and made no effort to find out. Breakfast was a painevery morning.

Position of the hotel, nice warm bedrooms, restaurant and choice of food. Bar and restaurant staff were excellent.

Temperature in the common areas - bar, lounge areas, dining room etc - it was a bit cold this time. We have stayed there 4 times before. In the top lounge area the heaters were not on. Arrival at hotel to off-load luggage was very difficult due to parked cars and getting help with luggage on arrival and departure was difficult too.

The food was good, the lobby area was nice, the room was big enough for 4 people. Access to the ski area was excellent.

For the price, I expected to be able to use the hot tub and pool without paying the spa fees. They could use a no-smoking area in the lobby. I expected internet access in the room - we had to go to the lobby. It was expensive, compared to other ski resorts I have visited, and the ski area does not justify the costs.
