What people say

It was opposite the gondola and so very easy to get to the slopes. The view from the window was great. We did not get any clean towels throughout the stay and I had to keep asking the staff who were reluctant to give me any. There was no atmosphere in the hotel itself, the staff seemed uninterested in the guests. There wasn't a warm welcome at the hotel and when we went to nearby hotels and bars we found the staff much more engaging.
