Location. Good hotel but not worthy of 4 stars.The location was great and the swimming pool was a nice bonus. Breakfast is not that good.The carpark, although difficult to get into was very expensive to use.In our room it was advertised that the cafe in the hotel was open untilmidnight and alternatively if we wanted food we could order pizza directto the room. This was not true and this false information should beremoved. We arrived back from a day out to get food at 11pm butcouldn'T. The staff were rude when we complained.
