  The room and bathroom were big and the balcony had good views of the city and the mountains. The outdoor rooftop pool was great and we had drinks served on the rooftop bar whilst we were swimming. The location was close enough to the centre to walk to without luggage, but maybe a bit too far to go with a suitcase (though bus stops for the centre... what people say » are nearby). Try to find the Roman mozaic near the hotel if you can! - Staff were very helpful. Hotel decoration is quite good. Also hotel decoration has been awarded from tourism authorities. For breakfast I ordered from server some special eatings for my children and she served us immediately without asking anybody and without waiting some time. Hotel is in city center and very closed to a Turkish Restaurant.

  The staff were very friendly and spoke English (accept the gentlemen on the night shift). The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and well furnished. The hotel is very central, only a few meters from skendenbej square where you can get a taxi easily. Taxis also wait behind the museum which is only 50 meters along from the hotel. The room was good and the nightly rate was reasonable. Both reception staff that I spoke to were very helpful in answering my queries. There was also a computer terminal with internet access near reception which was helpful. Continental breakfast was reasonably varied and included in the nightly rate.

  I have never been to Albania before but had read a lot about its rather dubious reputation. However I found this to be quite untrue and Tirana to be a pleasant and interesting town.   The only place to stay in while visiting Tirana. A truly 5 star hotel. The staff was great and helpfully and most if not all spoke English. I will only stay at this hotel anytime I revisit Tirana. - Comfortable like any Sheraton, friendly staff (Booking lost my booking :-(, hotel still gave me a room :-) ) The Albanian food !
