The hotel staff couldn't do enough for you and every day when we arrived back from tours/excursions they give us fruit or cake as a complimentary service. We took the train down from Hanoi and arrived at the hotel at 8.30am, they invited us to have some breakfast and apologised that our room wasn't ready even though we were the ones that were early! When we left Miss Vietnam was arriving to stay!.
