I liked the couple who owned the place. They welcomed me warmly and were very generous in giving me some advice about safety and places to go. They were always ready to help me out with my concerns. I am very specific about bathrooms and the one I had during my stay was what I hoped for - clean, not stinky, with a working h/c shower.
The staff treats you like family :) There's a good local joint a couple doors down (no name, you dine outside on little plastic chairs w/ old vietnamese women who basically ignore you haha). It's cheap, clean, and it's near a lot of bus/van pick up points.όλα τα σχόλια »

The family who run the place are lovely and very helpful, I even got a
hug on the way out. Nice modern with a cozy livingroom/reception
downstairs.
Location!
Quiet.
Very friendly staff: it's a family and they take care of you in a cute way.
The owner is very friendly and helpful, the location is excellent.
Friendly, helpfull staff and owners. Great location.
Short term availability, reasonable quality, located in backpacker quarter.Friendly owners but spoke hardly any English.
It was nice that they could book tickets for you for the many buses around Ho Chi Minh. They also had laundry services.
Being a small place, sometimes I get startled by banging of doors by other guests. Not good when you're trying to catch some sleep or intend to wake up late. Also, I could hear what was going on the next room (if you know what i mean) or what the other guests are talking about. Either the walls are too thin or the other guests are just too loud.
Narrow stairs if you're lugging a wheeled suitcase make for a harrowing trip up and down. If you get the single room- you can hear the entire floor get up and slam their doors.
Seemed to be a small problem with bookings and people checking in with
no room, I had to move rooms at 9pm.
Small room (but it's worth the price).
The room has no window, but this is usual in the backpack area in Ho Chi Minh City.
Small room with window towards hallway.
Not really value for money. Very small room, window to the corridor, opaque but still not completely dark. Wait a *long* time before you het hot water from the solar system on the roof. Room in first stock is pretty noisy.
I stayed in a single room which was fine, but there was a fogged window that led into the hallway so it was never dark enough for me in the room.
