The staff was friendly and nice, the rooms was clean, enough space for two in A king size room. View of the ocean from room was great. Location was perfect. Bed was comfortable and felt well after A nights sleep. Bathroom was clean. Housekeeping came through each day to clean room and bring clean towels and wash cloths . It was really A good choice in picking this hotel. I will gladly stay here again.

I enjoyed the view from my room on the 8th floor.
There was a DVD player in the room and a nice size (36 inch?) LG flat screen TV. Since the weather didn't cooperate we were able to rent movies and watch them in our room using the DVD player.

The location was perfect,beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Nice to be able to sit on the balcony and relax. Staff was great!!! A super idea to be able to have a choice of several cold drinks,coffee or tea any time in the lobby. The buffet breakfast that is offered in Pier 14 was very tasty---a big variety to choose from everyday. So glad we picked this hotel to stay in. Anytime we are back in Virginia Beach I would definitely stay again.

Incredible staff, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Room was
clean, nicely furnished and beds were amazingly comfortable. Had a
problem with the ac in our first room but they immediately switched us
to a new room and even upgraded us! Location is convenient to lots of
things but still set back enough to feel a little secluded from the
city. Grounds are amazing and facilities at the hotel are great. For the
money this is a real find and I would certainly come back!

The price mainly. I paid $80 for an ocean front room with balcony with a great view and this was in the first week of June. Value was excellent and had a outdoor pool on the ocean side with a bar and live music. Although bar was not owned by hotel proximity was great and there was a bodega directly across the street that had any needs. Room also

I loved the fact the hotel was right on the beach and the restaurant/bar attached to the hotel was great. Pricey but great. The hotel wasnt luxurious but for the price it was well worth it, I was comfortable, and I could see the beach from my room. This hotel will be my first choice whenever I come back.

From the phone call days before to confirm my reservation with the
sweetest lady that was so friendly! Check in was done efficiently by

The first night of our stay a storm came in with severe winds. The rain
came into our room under the balcony door. The next morning the staff
changes our room and was wonderful. The staff went out of thier way to
make our stay comfortable and my children feel like they were special. I
would highly recommend this hotel to families with small children. The
hotel was clean, the staff were excellent and the breakfast buffet was
yummy. We were very pleased with our stay.

Staff was friendly. Liked having a parking spot so close to the beach. It was nice to walk out the "back door" and have the ocean right there! -

The shower was fantastic. So modern, clean and relaxing. The set up of the sink being separate from the toilet and shower area is a great idea. I also appreciated the free buffet breakfast and the shuttle bus to the airport. -

I loved our room. The hotel is older but newley renovated. The decore
fits the hotel very nicely. My girlfriend and I were engaged our first
night! I was very happy with our stay. The hotel was beautiful and clean

Excellent hotel. My husband and I went to VA Beach for a quiet, relaxing get away for the night. We loved 19th and Atlantic. Great location. Rooms were very clean. Loved the fact that you could open the window. We could see the ocean front from our room. It was an older hotel but you couldn't tell from the size of the rooms and the cleanliness. We will definately stay at 19th and Atlantic again. Reasonably priced. Great job.

I liked the fact that there was an indoor & an outdoor pool. I have a dog so it is good to know that it is a dog friendly hotel with no extra charge for your animal to stay there. We didn't bring our dog this time, but it is good to know that i have the option to do so next time. I liked the fact that the beach & stores were walking distan

Room and facilities were kept clean. Very nice. Staff was friendly, excellent, and responsive. Our bathroom sink was draining poorly upon arrival. The location was superb, within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, the 16th street pier and many stores. We didn't even have to move the car, we just walked everywhere.
The hotel was clean and smelled that way, too. The staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was pretty good. The indoor pool was at a soothing temperature. I really enjoyed my stay.
