check in was great, we had the Manager there personally at the desk ensuring that all guest needs were taking care of. we also saw him throughout the stay always checking up on guest to ensure that all was going well. Staff was friendly and accommodating. They had a good system in place you could tell. Maximum service with minimum intrusion. Great stay thanks Manager M. Very good location. The bus stop was in front of the hotel and it was easy to drive by bus to the centre of New York City. We had a nice room with kitchen and airconditioning. Children liked about the pool. We liked to sit outside the hotel in a garden. Many restaurants very close to the hotel and some shops, too.
όλα τα σχόλια » Front desk staff both day and night were very pleasant and accommodating. Rooms very comfortable. For a hotel priced room, having a compact kitchen and dinette was excellent, great when you have a family and are on a budget. Having indoor pool was what sold us.. And it was very clean. We plan on going again,. the room felt like home .it was close to the sherton where my daughter was competing.front desk made you feel welcome.heat was great.small breakfast was good.I was on the first floor and the window with screen to open was reaxing..i enjoyed my stay and would return . Clean & comfortable wth good breakfast. Special thanks to the gentleman on duty (forgot his name) at the counter when we checked in on 19 May, 9pm. Great staff. We have appreciated the swimming pool and the exercise room. Easy way to go to NYC with a bus stop just on the corner. Perfect location & excellent management staff. Very supportive manager who recognizes the need of guests. Location,access to NY.City,facilities,friendly staff,Eating places in the Plaza. very good connection to Manhatan, close to outlet center. Mash, Daniel and the rest of the staff were fantastic. Staff were great. Good for business trip. It was clean and beds were comfortable. Location, safe, friendly staff, clean. close to Manhattam. Big rooms. recpcion. Proximity to bus stop. Proximity to New York. Helpful, kind and courteous staff on Reception. Late check out (most hotels say 10 O'clock so we appreciated 11). Nice size room and very convenient to go to Manhattan. Good atmosphere for relaxation. Location was nice. location. Free parking. With the difficult parking in NYC, the bus stop infront of the hotel was a plus factor. Lots of resto nearby, with a 24 hours walmart 2 blocks away for your family grocery needs. The guy from the reception was excellent, he's name is Victor, congratulations. The bed was quit confortable. In our family are 4 people and we are all adult size, so the beds could have been bigger. Would have liked a hot tub in the pool area, but everything else was great!. I dont drive so it was hard with food .i didnt know there was no dining area so that was hard .i wasnt going to be there long enough to bring food to cook..it would be nice if you had a smal dining area..In the rooms you didnt supply enough soaps no lotions shampoo in which every hotel does.you need to put a few tea bags besides coffee in the room,To be honest with you i felt 212.00 dol.for one night was a little high.overall i had a good stay .and thank you .. Hotel could help more by providing more information on local travel options to NY e.g bus, ferry, train ticketing, schedules & fares. Breakfast very light and lack of forks, knives ....not enough equipments to properly prepare the meals. None. Breakfast lacked choices. Maybe a bit more work on the breakfast. Breakfast food ran out fast and could not be replenished - only coffee and tea at the breakfast bar - no water or anything for children to drink - vending machine with water was out of order. Nothing in this trip!!. No shuttle service. Swimming pool closed all week (brought our swimming costumes and wanted to swim). No oven in self-catering. Poor housekeeping on the two days allocated. Room and bath were not very clean and we have to ask a few times for them to be cleaned. First room was on the side of the road and you could hear the trucks inside your room. The noice was terrible. We asked to be changed or we would have to go leave. In-house cleaning was not efficient. Odd smell in elevators and stairs. The "Grab and Go" breakfast was too minimalist. Juice and milk is essential. No fan in the bathroom was an issue. Flatware was not washed. no cleaning of our room for one day. The room smelled bad, the bathroom smelled horrible, the toilet wasn't desinfected, the floor in the kitchen corner was sticky, the table was dirty. It was very noisy I could not sleep well. The breakast was very very poor, almost nothing.
