  We loved everything! The staff was so sweet and had everything ready for us including fresh cookies and a hand written thank you note. The lobby is cozy and a great space to just relax. The rooms are very Europe- like reminded me of Paris. The seating area within the room was very comfortable and really made you feel like u could relax in your own... τι λέει ο κόσμος » space. The location is perfect - the staff was knowledgeable and didn't bat an eye at my wife and I (we have had some previous issues with acceptance - The staff was wonderful on arrival we were there a few hours early and thy held our bags while we went shopping down in pikes market place. When we went back they had our bags in our room and has music playing from the Bose radio, they had hand written thank you notes and fresh cookies in the room.   The Doormen were fabulous and very service oriented. Cute note on the mirror from one of the cleaning staff wishing us a great day.. COFFEE IN THE LOBBY...can't even believe I didn't put that first! Wine happy hour was great everyday and especially on weekend with live music. Staff were very helpful and friendly except for the day of check-out which I hope was a fluke.
