My experience was pleasant here. Staff was friendly, room/bath comfortable and clean, good location in Little Italy near downtown/airport, nice lounge area indoor/outdoor, excellent value for money.
The staff was friendly, and helpful and there was a touch of community feel among the guest and the staff.
Also I liked the chilled atmosphere and the big lounge.

The house is really nice, if not perfectly maintained. The common areas were a nice touch.
The people who were staying in the hostel were also very friendly.

staff had just quit and therefore my bottom bunk wasn't ready as they had promised. I had to wait for them to fix that up for me. I was tired- it was very late
The place is dark - inside the family room area. The kitchen is small and cramped and the bkfst pretty scant.
