Our grandchildren ages 8 and 12 absolutely love the pool and beach. We were taking pictures of their sand castles well after dark on a Saturday night. We have stayed at Sandcastle several times before this trip during spring break.

The restaurant food was tasty and satisfying; the kids menu (espcially the macaroni and cheese) was very good, too. -
I enjoyed many of the restaurants in the area and I like the proximity to Seattle, Bellingham and Vancouver. My mother has dementia and the staff are exceptional with her and it is one of the few places we can go to get away where we do not have to worry about her. She is comfortable in the suites and it is nice to have the two bathrooms

The Spa was excellent and personnel very professional. We enjoyed the
upgrade to the suite.
The concierge was very helpful as was the front desk. When I had left my hat (Howard) they did find it and I was able to later pick it up. Much appreciated.

We loved staying at Salish Lodge. The room was spacious and had a private balcony and a huge jacuzzi in the bathroom with doors that opened into the sleeping area. The therapeutic pools were so nice. The location and the lodge itself are great. They have a great view on the valley and the Columbia river. The room was very nice, comfortable, clean and in general very pleasant. We were given an upgrade since the hotel was not very full and had a really nice view. The hotel is equipped with full amenities and have a great yard for a short wak in the morning and the evening.

The staff was outstanding--helpful, friendly and extremely welcoming. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms were relaxing, the grounds were charming and the perfect spot for a short walk. WOW, where to begin!? I have been fortunate to have stayed at some fancy places throughout my lifetime and this place blew them out of the water! The service was impeccable! Everybody seemed like they enjoyed their jobs and genuinely wanted you to enjoy your stay. I can't wait go back!

Love the location right near Safeco Field and the football stadium. Also easy walking distance to King St Station. Yes the hotel is in a business district but that works for us!
