Double tree is very nice hotel, modern style, in a safe tourist area
in Condado, not far away from the beach, nice to visit pools of La
Concha- the twin hotel. Service is good at front desk. Simple local
restaurant near, ask for it. Nice to have coffee machine, fridge and
microwave in the room. -
The staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful.
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » There is a great Puerto Rican restaurant right around the corner called Bebo's cafe where all the locals go to eat. Also, less than 2 blocks is Ashford Ave where there is tons more great eateries.

The staff (Marlene & others) were delightful and extremely accommodating. The "Inn," which is more like a series of villas connected together was beautifully set - perhaps 10 meters from the Beach. A wonderful, rather plentiful self-serve continental breakfast was served on the patio each morning and it allowed us to relax and take in the ocea

The outstanding friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was
refreshing. They went out of their way to offer assistance and always
were accommodating. A delicious spread at breakfast was very pleasant in
the outdoor garden looking onto the ocean. I had forgot my phone charger
in the room and the cleaning staff turned it in; I received it when I
returned to pick up my bags later in the day. Overall, I give them the
highest marks in service, location and amenities. I will definitely be
returning

The hotel desk staff and the waiter in the restaurant were awesome. The
hotel environmental services were ok except Luz was great. Very helpful. -

The room big and comfortable. The breakfast buffet, excellent. The area
to the pool and to the beach breath taking. -
Red Level accommodations (breakfast, happy hour, pool), bed was extremely comfy. Golf cart shuttles.

This is a very nice hotel and I hope to go back next year. The staff was very nice and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. I liked having the pool right outside my door and being able to relax in it 24/7. The beach is also very close and seemed more private than the other area beaches. Margarita, the manager was very nice and made a point to

I only stayed one night and because of circumstances it was a last
minute call. From the moment I called they were helpful courteous, and
from the moment I arrived I felt home. The staff was friendly and
accommodating they have me a great room it was clean and cozy. It was
right next to the beach and although a city beach it was very pleasant.
The price was right and affordable. I would have loved to stay there
longer. I recommend it.
