Comfortable and secure, like staying with Mom! Beautiful home, spotless. It is not too often that one can feel as clean as at home when traveling. Inviting decor, quaint and very, very relaxing. Wonderful family hosts and yes, it feels like visiting family. Tasty, homemade and healthy breakfast. Homemade cookie treat upon arrival. Quiet atm

The home was beautiful & the owner was so friendly we just loved her. The room and furnishings were beautiful, beautiful wood work original to the home. The breakfast was superb, along with the balcony that went with our room. We sat and relaxed after our long drive. We highly recommend this beautiful home and friendly owner. We will be back!

A bit out of the town itself, but if like us, you're planning on touring Philadelphia on foot, it is not an issue at all. A 30 minute walk from, Philly, 15 mn from the museum and 30th St train station, it is nestled in University town, in a lovely and quiet area of old houses. There are plenty of restaurants and a couple of convenience stores with

The room we spent the night in looked EXACTLY like its picture on the website. We found it beautiful. Now for what you can't -
The home is a beautiful mid-19th century Victorian with gingerbreading, dark woods, and stained glass. The atmosphere is warm, comfy, and clean.
The house is an easy walk from the 30th street station and just over the bridge from the Philadelphia Museum of Art, and the Rodin and Barnes Collections. It took about 20 minuter to walk to the former and a few minutes more to walk to the latter.

We were warmly received at this beautiful property. Everyone worked hard
to make us feel comfortable at all times. We stayed in a suite in the
coach house that was perfect for our family with a small child. The
grounds of the mansion are lovely. The breakfasts were sumptuous. We
really enjoyed staying at the Sayre Mansion. -

We had a suite in the Carriage house which was amazing. Two rooms with a fireplace and a Christmas tree.

Charming parlor with fireplace and 24/7 pastries, coffee as well as 24/7 soft drinks in the kitchen. To-go cups also a great touch. Very large bathroom & lovely, comfy sleeping accommodations. Excellent homemade but gourmet breakfast buffet but very personal. Paul & Laura were very helpful with our plans for the next day. -
