The staff was amazing!!! Duke, Melissa, Alonzo, and Juan Valdez the breakfast/coffee area customer service person. These are fine people who understand the art of customer service. Always patient, smiling, accommodating, personable and their number one goal is to ensure a wonderful stay for everyone.

Very nice hotel, clean rooms.
The staff is one of the most helpful and interested of guest comfort I ever seen. We've been asked 5 times a day if we enjoy our stay.
Breakfast is included, good, but don't expect very much.
The value of money it is outstanding for a NY hotel. 4 times cheaper than a similar hotel in Manhattan.
About the placement. We recommend this hotel if you came to visit NY and you have a average limited budget.
It is a 20 min ride with the nr. 2 or 5 express trains to downtow

We loved the view, the size, the stove and refrigerator, and location to Central Park West. I will stay here again! We were accommodated hospitably as a family, as I only made this reservation last week. We were only here for the Macy's Parade. We also appreciated the location of the hotel from the MTA subway. The suite was excellent for traveling with a family, the size of the
room was great, having a mini-kitchen was great, the room was relatively
quiet. Everything was very convenient and easy. Having 24 hour coffee

This hotel is absolutely wonderful- a breath of fresh air. From the time we arrived early to the time we checked out the entire stay was so easy. The staff are all extremely welcoming and friendly, the rooms are amazing and the rooftop bar has the most brilliant views.
Wine hour every afternoon is also a nice little perk to staying here!

We had a terrific view from our Hudson Suite of the Macy's July 4th fireworks; it was the most important factor in our choice on ink48 and we weren't disappointed. The Hudson Suite was well-designed and filled with light - quite different from other Manhattan suites we have stayed in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were surprised how close we were to the theater district.

I had stayed there before and enjoyed the traditional atmosphere hugely. I was pleased to see it offered at a tbetter price than other hotels close by.manhattan is nonetheless very expensive - Loved the location, ambience, room!

The location of the hotel was ideal - a very short walk to 8th Avenue, eateries, shops, etc. Our room was spacious with excellent WIFI. Very helpful and friendly staff, especially James who sprinted all the way from the hotel to 8th Avenue to flag down a cab for us so that we could be at the Palace Theatre in good time. -

Bathroom has a very good size. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially James who helped us to find our way to JFK airport!

The location is excellent - right near the subway station, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the beds are comfortable (as in all Courtyard hotels), the room was clean, the hotel has guest laundry facility (this is important to me), the lobby is very pleasent -
I would without hesitation recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York City

We are so happy we found this hotel. We visited family in Kingston and stayed the first night at the Superlodge in Kingston. That place was so dirty and worn that we decided to leave. All the hotels in the area were full booked and we ended up going to Holliday Inn Express bexcause of the great reviews, and we are so happy we did. For just a bit m
