Great facility with very attentive and polite staff... The ambiance was

Cottage -
Historic, gorgeous Inn with tons of character, both inside and out. Decorated in unique Adirondack style. Awesome whirlpool and indoor pool on the ground floor. Spa is renowned. Breakfast buffet in The View restaurant was delicious. Room was plenty big for three women and tastefully decorated. Hotel is perfectly located right on the lake and a close walk to everything in town.

The helpfullness and friendliness. Everyone was very professional and the place was very clean. - The room was fantastic and location great. Plenty of restaurants and delis close be. Also a great supermarket. Perfect apartment for families. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We were really impressed.

Staff was superb! Customer service was excellent! We had an experience in the lounge where a man came up to our group of friends table. He was very drunk, unwelcome and we had no idea who he was or what he was doing. The staff and manager immediately addressed the issue and asked him to leave. Waiter in lounge named Jim - was excellent - he waited on us for lunch and later for drinks. Totally professional and made us feel welcome and comfortable and still provided excellent service. We also like the live music, which is why we chose to stay here for the 2nd time. Food quality was also excellent. Room was clean and very comfortable. -

Katherine behind the front desk was amazing. We arrive super early and even though we couldn't get an earlier check in at 8am she called the spa to allow us fix ourselves up and change in their facility. She did her best at getting the room ready and personally called us back at 1230 to let us know when it was. I felt like she was on the ball wa

What didn't I like?? It was at a great location 5-10 mins walk to Empire State and Times Square. Subway is only a block away. You have a 24 hour organic deli across the road Bread and Butter. Korean food and restaurants open till late. 15-20min walk to Chelsea and soho. Les Halle's french restaurant is just across the road!

This is a large, high end resort primarily for conventions and
conferences. The place is meticulously groomed and "white
glove" maintained. There are rooms in a main building and in many
separate smaller buildings, all neat and attractive.We stayed in a suite

We had a suite in the lodge. It was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The entire facility was immaculate and the staff was extremely accommodating. There were many places to relax and many activities to get involved in. All in all, we had a wonderful experience and I can't wait to go back.

The location close to the A-C subway line AND the Burrough Hall station for the 2-3 makes it ideal for visiting both Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Staff had nicely honored our request regarding a room type.

staff was friendly, accommodating as I needed assistance as far as the bathroom was concerned. We had a special young man with us who also has disabilities. These were all met with kindness. -
Very close to Sunnyside, Lyndhurst, and other historic sites. Quiet and convenient. Excellent staff -- knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

I found them very friendly at the desk. When we got there there were a group of teenagers staying at the hotel and were very rowdy.with not a lot of supervision. They gentleman behind the desk tried to put us as far from them as possible. -
