  I thought the hotel was excellent. I have visited New York many times on business but this time I was travelling with my wife and teenage children who had not visited New York before. The hotel rooms were excellent and were clean, comfortable and looked just like the hotel photos. We were upgraded from a family room to a suite and it was excellent... τι λέει ο κόσμος » . It was by far the best hotel I have stayed at in New York and would be happy to recommend. It is also conveniently located. - The staff is very courteous, friendly, helpful. The concierge is very well informed, and knowledgeable with all kinds of restaurants; from raw vegan to the top steakhouses in the city. The house car is a plus. The location is perfect; a walking distance to anything you could think of!

  This hotel is absolutely wonderful- a breath of fresh air. From the time we arrived early to the time we checked out the entire stay was so easy.   I arrived New York deadly tired at around 12 midnight. I was received by a quick check-in, rapid delivery of my lugguage. To my surprise the room had a coffee maker, excellent pulsating shower. Location was perfect and the view from the room was a surprise to me. Great value for money. - New and clean hotel in the center of Manhattan. 15 min to Time Aquare , 15 minutes to Flatiron from hotel by walking. Personal is so nice, kind and helpfull. The biggest shopping center Macy's is 2 blocks after. Perfect bed and bathroom. Also the room is big according to the other hotels in Manhattan. I will prefer to stay there when I visit NY again.
