  Clean rooms - Great location and price couldn't be beat. The staff was flexible with our late arrival and early departure (due to loud Friday night we opted to not stay Saturday night). We will stay again next summer for our golf tournament, but I am going to call well before our arrival to discuss and upstairs room away from the bar.

Also there were some technical difficulties on one of the rooms and the staff did what they could more than once to try to fix it.
