The location of the resort was prefect! We had a beautiful view from the
second floor, so make sure you ask for a second floor unit. The front
desk people were friendly and welcoming, and the maintenance guy was
extremely polite! We love the studio unit layout and the kitchen
amenities. Coffee and computer in the lobby a plus! The pool areas were

Alol the staff were great. We rented movies, used the gym and used the
pool. The desk staff were quick to register me in and offered me a map
to pick my room and advised me several locations close to one of the
pools. We got to check in early so it felt like a free day. Meet some

My wife and I liked, scratch that, loved everything about Desert Quail Inn. From the friendly check-in with the owner Nick, to the very clean, cool modern rooms. The hotel felt new. What a Gem! This hotel was excellent. The manager was so very helpful,
Clean, beautiful rms. We had 2. Ours had a fireplace & sitting area.
We ate breakfast within walking distance & rt behind the hotel is a
mini market to full our refrigerator with food & drink, also a
microwave. We ate in town in Sedona 1 night. It is very expensive. So we
bought sandwich fixings for the remainer 3 days. The view of the Red

A nice hotel with friendly people. It's outside of the town, but
the taxi isn't expensive (6$ for 2 people) and if you're going
to a bar in town - the ride is free because bartender covers the bill.
If you're planning a trip to Grand Canyon and don't want to
stay (and overpay) for Grand Canyon Village, stay in Williams - the
old west town with bar

My fiancé, 3 children and I stayed for two nights. The hotel is completely renovated and modern. The beds and rooms are very comfortable. The best part was the complementary hot breakfast in their dining room. It's an amazing value, especially if you're traveling with children.

Beds extremely comfortable. Great having full kitchen facilities. Staff
prompt with requests for extra linens. Pools wonderful-lots of towels
and chairs available poolside. Close to hiking trails, shopping (must

Everything was wonderful! Place was very clean, staff was friendly and always greeted you as you passed them. The suites are literally a one (or two,three) bedroom apartments. Four saltwater pools that are all a convenient distance from any room. Wonderfull place. Will definitely stay there again next time in area!

I loved the beds, the free breakfast, the cookies at the front desk, the Order Inn Room service, and the awesome salt water pool and hot tub.
I really liked the Front Desk staff of Kevin, Matt and Brooke, as well as Brenda in Housekeeping and Juan in Transport. Everyone was very nice, informative and helpful. They ALL had a hand in the reason I plan to return.

The location is perfect to visit the Grand Canyon as it is located less then 10 miles from teh South Rim entrance. The village also offers a lot of possibilities for dining and has a general store for all kind of shopping.

The price was very good value. It was also very clean and well maintained. We didn't expect housekeeping service every day, clean sheets and towels. Liked having laundry facilities on site. Over all very impressed and perfect location for the Grand Canyon. Absolutely would like to go back and will for sure recommend to friends and family.

I liked the atmosphere of the place: the architecture, all the plants and trees, the pools and fountains. I liked the area where breakfast and afternoon drinks were served; it promoted community and fun. I wanted to stay at the hotel and relax. We loved everything about the place. The room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was delicious and loved that there was something different every morning. Loved having a laundry room. This is a really nice resort. The facility is beautiful, weel kept and very clean. We have stayed at many vacation rentals and this was by far the best. Furnished townhouse absolutely beautiful - tasteful luxury furnishings. Wonderful air tub for 2 in master suite. Full utensils and dishes for cooking and excellent gas grills by pool. Hot tub near our room was really nice for relaxing under the stars. We came with another couple and loved our time there - plan to return in the future!

Although remodling was underway to convert this hotel to a Doubletree,
we found it met our expectations in every way. Comfy... 4-Star feel for
a 3 star cost. Good staff. Worth the extra mile traveled from the
highway (I-40)... we suggest you bypass the $75 motels by the interstate
and head to this hotel (we paid $109). -

Our recieving attendant was one of the most courteous and professional people we ever encountered at a motel. She not only attende to our needs, but had two more people at the counter and handled two phone calls. This was accomplished without making us feel a if we were in the least bit neglected. Everything in the hotel from the rooms to the lobby was very clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. Most places are non-smoking which is fine, but this hotel has a covered outside smoking area. This courtesy is rare these days and was very much appreciated.
