Highly recommended. Large comfortable and well thought out bedroom nicely decorated. The whole hotel has lots of nice touches and is obviously cared for. Made a change from the other soulless hotels I stayed in on my trip. The reception staff spent time explaining where to visit and the best restaurants. Received a discount for breakfast at the diner a few minutes walk away which was better than suffering the included breakfasts at other hotels. There were also a few places to eat right by t.

Very clean, comfortable bed, excellent seating - a loveseat and a lounge chair - two sinks, fridge, microwave, - makeup mirror with its own seating - wifi, TV, excellent soaps, coffee, scones for breakfast. Modestly priced, and these amenities were surprising and most-welcomed! The staff was very helpful with suggestions and direction. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and we loved the homemade cookies in the lobby. We were traveling up to Lake San Antonio for Wildflower training and this was the perfect location to get there. There were lots of food choices in walking distance and the hot tub was beautiful and a nice touch at the end of a hard training day. All the rooms are smoke free. The price was excellent compared to other comperale hotels in the area and we would stay here again. The rooms were very clean, up to date and nicely appointed in a pleasant earth tone/wine country decor. The bathroom/make up area was large, with room for two persons to get ready for the day/evening, without tripping over one another. Much better than the Courtyard bath area. This is the cleanest motel we have ever stayed in. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was fresh fruit available all day. The room was pleasantly appointed and there was free easy to use wifi and ethernet. We didn't use the inroom microwave or refrigerator but it is nice to have it. Loved the layout. The bath facilities, dressing area and microwave/fridge were handy. We would have enjoyed having a glass of wine in the little park area but it was chilly and we were on a tight schedule. Loved the welcoming cookies in the lobby. Very much liked the spacious room especially the extra large bathroom area with 2 sinks available. Rooms were always cleaned promptly. And, it is a very convenient location with Margie's Restaurant in walking distance for a great breakfast. Homemade cookies in office. The main parts of the room were very clean (bathroom, tables, sheets, etc), but the nooks and crannys could have used a little tlc. The walls were very thin (luckily the clientele at this hotel is a quieter group and this wasn't much of an issue for us). Minor stuff: Washing machines and dryers are a bit of an eyesore where they are placed. Everything was great!. Lots of trashy people drinking and smoking outside in front of their hotel room doors. The plumbing was a bit noisy and we could hear conversation in the adjacent rooms. Not by any means a deal breaker. Nothing at all. Depending on which room you are in, there were some truckers right behind our room. They would wake up around 3 or 4 am and idle their trucks for ~20 mins. Have to keep the bathroom window shut to keep the noise down. Nothing. Not much insulation from noise outside (could hear people getting in/out of cars; rolling their luggage) or rooms upstairs. Well, our only complaint is that the bed was not very comfortable...it was on the hard side, but the linens were nice..we just felt the Inn needed better beds. The location is not super walkable to downtown, however you can walk to Starbucks and a few eateries. nothing. Wish it was less expensive, but fair value for the area. TV needs to be updated. The refrig in my room made a loud rattling sound when it turned on. Can't think of anything. None. Too much furniture relative to room size. Two large chairs inappropriate for space. Table desk too high and/or chair height too low combined with slow internet made for mediocre work environment. Facility was a little noisy. Walls were thin and I kept hearing either the toilet running or water running. Parking lot was a bit full of large.work trucks, but it was manageable. like everything... A little far from good restaurants, but I got good directions. I enjoyed my stay. Sound insulation inadequate, you can hear people moving, talking etc. Room a bit cramped – too small for all the furniture (two queen bed unit). Nothing. this is our 3rd visit but likely won't be able to stay again...too costly. (we were both working on last visits). The bed was too soft. Placement of easy chair and sofa should be rethought so easy chair is more usable. Would like to see brighter lighting in vanity area. nothing! It is perfect for what it is!. not applicable. Pretty much a clean, better than average motor lodge. A bit noisy in the morning with the room cleaners pushing their carts. But decent for the price for the area. No frills Clean, but out-dated bedding. nothing. Nothing!. Nothing. Nothing!. nothing.
