This is the second time that I stay at the Sheraton Vistana Resort with my baby, now 16-moths old, and my mom and we really love it here. The resort is large, landscaping is perfect so we could take long walks around the resort and the artificial lakes. The grounds were lovely and designed for comfort. I liked the fact that there were multiple activities for children. Staff courteous and helpful. Did not have one bad experience. I was traveling with my husband, daughter and grandchildren and all had great visit. -

We arrived quite late and met this Indian security elderly man...said he'll be 70 soon but looks a lot younger :) He was wonderful! I loved the condo lots of space 3 full baths was a nice surprise. It looks just like the pictures on line. The Jacuzzi was a nice way to relax after walking around the parks all day. Everything you needed was in the condo. Home away from home. the beds were extremely comfortable. Close to Disney, shopping, carnival and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this resort to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

Every thing, we mainly use this hotel to catch early flight. The service was very accomodating since we had several small children with our party. Even provided a crib for the 2 year old. In our case, we were going on a Disney Cruise, and it was the perfect solution, as the transport to the port is located in the airport as well. Disney picks up the suitcases directly in the room, which is very convenient.

One of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. It was super clean, staff was extremely friendly and very efficient, rooms were spotless, comfortable and well decorated. We had a fabulous nights rest in the super comfy beds. The pool area is spectacular and very family friendly. And the ducks were so fun and memorable. I have seen this hotel from road for years when driving by on the way to

Swift and early check in with personable staff. This enhanced our enjoyment as did not have to wait until specified check in time. Hotel is on Disney property and is geared towards people who want to experience the Disney parks and not stay in one of their resorts.
It was very family friendly, right combination of restaurants, shops, swimming pool and friendly environment. Location was amazing since it was across the street from Downtown Disney.

It was a very nice hotel and the staff made you feel at ease. The shopi ng mall was fantastic. - I arrived late and was famished. The room service staff were courteous and eager to meet my needs. The meal was well presented and very palate-pleasing.

I received an excellent apartment completely equipped. The apartment was clean every day and always treated for all the employees well.
