The entire staff, including Melinda and Susan in the bar, and the gent (Renaldo?) who appeared immediately upon our TV question. Spotless. Night light. Valets. Internet access. Veranda, with TV, divided from pool.

Slightly chilly in the lounge area, but then most of indoor Orlando seems to be. Cut A/C costs. Up the temp two degrees.

The location was great for the different activities we had planned. All staff were friendly but professional and helpful.

We had to call every day to have bath towels delivered to the room.

The staff was very professional and respectful. I loved the fact that house keeping kept my room clean. The food in the bistro was amazing and very delightful; they gave you enough food for your money; the room was very comfortable and it almost felt like home.

The things that i felt were negative was the ridiculous pricing for self parking; valet parking i can understand but a self parking fee that was unreasonable and very over priced should be reconsidered. As for the actual room the only things that were negative was the cleaning staff did not leave us any towels and there was not a refrigerator in the room.

Great value for the money! The hotel was close to all the downtown attractions as well as couple of local night spots. The king suite was nice. Staff was nice.

Hotel was a little dated. Call box to self park at the hotel cause problems to enter for me and observe others.

Nice and informative staff, shuttle service to nearby places, very very comfortable bed linens, brilliant wifi!

Balcony doors wouldn't open, no shuttle service from airport, room bathroom unclean (offered complimentary breakfast because of that complaint but was unable to use it - would have preferred a room discount)

Location and shuttle to the Amway Center.

Service in the restaurant was very slow. Seemed to be understaffed. One server for tables and bar!

The ease of locating and driving into the hotel from the interstate. The staff was also very helpful. Great stay.

Overall, room & facilities were clean, but the bathroom floor was a little dirty and the grout had black staining all over.

Can not say enough about the staff at this location, everyone we encountered was helpful and friendly. The facilities were kept very clean and the location was convenient for all our needs. (The shuttle van was a great plus!!)

Could have used a few more pool chairs around the pool deck, patrons were taking them from the outer lobby area. (There was only about 10-12 chairs total)

The location was ideal. The room was comfortable & the price was right. We are planning more trips & will definitely return. The staff was very professional.

The only negative was our introduction to the parking attendant. He was arrogant & negative. Refrigerators should be included.

Very modern design, friendly staff, comfortable beds, very good quality/price ratio

no place for hanging towels, not so quiet rooms because of the Windows (you can feel the noise coming from the streets, but it is not so loud).

Check-in Staff was excellent, very pleasant and efficient. Room was clean and quiet through the night.

Security guard in Bar/lounge was rude at the end of the evening. She flipped on the lights and instructed everyone to get out ..could have nicely informed everyone that the lounge was closing shortly instead of abruptly telling us to get out !

Awesome shuttle service, Great front desk service (Meghan), Comfortable beds and clean, crisp bedding, Nice pillows, expertly furnished rooms, excellent value, not that much road noise considering it's right off the highway

Hotel right by the highway, making it very noisy. Though it is located in downtown Orlando, it is on the west side of the highway so it is not very walkable to downtown. Comfort? how about having a hook to hang your towel in the bathroom?

The cleanliness of the room

The hotel charged me 75.$ more for credit of parking charges which was 15x2=30$. They have not refund the rest of money . Also they charged me more 100.$ for stay and they not refund the non used expenses to my credit card room 614 from 24-26/ Dec.2013

Hotel design and decor. The lip ice size Rooms were great and I love the fact that it had a sectional. If it had a refrigerator I could live there since i will be traveling for business more often and for longer periods.

Rude and unpolished staff. Stiff towels and no mini fridge in the rooms.

The bed was amazing and the room was very clean and relaxing. Also the food was surprisingly good. Overall stay was great. They need to work on hiring better staff.

The staff was rude and made a huge deal about loosing my room key. There was no water in the room nor was there a fridge considering there was a microwave, sink, and coffee maker, but no fridge.

Bed was comfy... Shuttle tooks us to church street for clubbing.

Für die Lage in der Stadt und 1 Nacht ist es ok. Pool vorhanden.

Hotel ist direkt am Highway und trotz geschlossener Fenster hört man den Lärm sehr. Frühstücksbuffet ist schmalspurig. Orangensaft muss z.B. separat bezahlt werden. Self parking kostet extra.

Location was easy to access. Dining at Bliss was enjoyable. King room Shower was very nice.

No jetted jacuzzi tub in King Room. Liquor prices in Lounge very pricey. Unable to reach Front Desk/Guest Services with one call. Was put on hold and forgotten about. Had to be tranferred multiple times to get housekeeping to bring Ironing board and Iron.

If you are here to visit Disney World, the lynx Central Station is just a 7 minute walk away. There you can take a 50 Bus to Disney World (it takes 1 hr) and costs $2 per person (one way and you can pay at the driver). The room was big. Free wi-fi. Microwave present in the room.

There is nothing to do around, not even a place to eat. So you would need a car. The bed sheets were never changed. Cleaners forgot to provide bath towels for 1 night. Windows cannot be opened for safety reasons. Any train passing by will be heard loudly, so I would recommend light sleepers to get some ear plugs. No hairdryer! But you do get an iron :)

When we got there there were no body towels The breakfast buffet did not include fruit, milk, cereals or yogurt, you had to pay extra for this! The breakfast staff was very poorly trained

bar had good food

everything had a " dirty" look to it. it was not dirty but looked run down. pool was lame. no bar service. very small. i purposely stayed there because i was told it was walkin distance to amway center. at least 20-25 min walk. thats not walking distance esp @ mite w / my wife. kinda pricey,,, not much luxury. i stay. @ many crowne plazas. service was ok but definitely not a " re-do" in my book

Nice old hotel, rooms and whirlpool were nice. didnt give me the breaky voucher had to wait in line for it in morning.

the noise level the lack of professionalism the lack of attention to details the lack of respect for "do not disturb" the poor a/c unit - that hardly worked properly even after complaining. the lack of caring from any staff member besides the parking attendants.
