  Nice medium sized hotel in a good location. This hotel has about 50 rooms on 7 floors, a small breakfast area on the ground floor and fitness room with sauna and steam room in the basement. Its worth going for a wander near by as there are quite a few restaurants, coffee shops and delis not to far away. We had - The staff was very welcoming and friendly, and the hotel was beautiful. Conveniently located right near the Manhattan side of the Brooklyn Bridge, it was a short walk to multiple Subway stations, the Brooklyn Bridge, Wall Street, Pace University, the 9/11 Memorial, and Battery Park.   My third time here at this hotel. On this trip was meeting my son who was looking for a diamond for his girlfriend. Staff could not have been nicer to my son, wishing him well. The hotel was very clean, and quiet, given it is in the heart of Times Square. The breakfast buffet was excellent.   Was my fifth time in NY and I've never stayed in such a comfortable hotel like this, we were three in a two double bed room, was very spacious and nice decoration. The building is new, the breakfast area is big with a variety of food and fresh fruit.   I like everything about our stay at the Hampton Inn at 35th St. All of the staff from the desk reception, maintenance and cleaning staff were very friendly and professional! My daughter loved the complimentary hot chocolate. She even commented "Mom, I really like this hotel" and she's only 14.
