The location was perfect, situated perfectly in midtown - it was close to get to uptown and downtown. Subway and bike rental was 3 minutes away. Apartment was also very clean, Air conditioner worked very well for hot nyc summer weather. Area is great for shopping, there is always people even late at night time, there was nice coffee shop Gregory's and coffee was lovely. I really enjoyed my stay here.
όλα τα σχόλια » Reading the previous comments I was slightly cautious regarding this booking, but this apartment turned out to be extremely clean, friendly staff (Ray) who you may always contact, excellent location for sightseeing the whole city and perfect beds (also for tall people) and clean shower / toilet. Would rent here again on my next trip, amazing value for money. Excellent location! It's in Midtown and very near to subway and shops. Very easy to commute to anywhere. Facilities are good, nice kitchen, clean bathroom and wifi. Doorman are also friendly and helpful. Daniel was very nice helping me out during my 36 days in the apartment. Walking distance to most attraction, clean apartment. Easy fast check in and 24 hr safe doorman attendant. Fast wifi connection. Great location and the staff very friendly and accommodating. Shower could be better and the concierge could be friendlier. • bedbugs • noise of the heater • closed window in the kitchen • no sheets for the sofa bed. One of the beds were broken and very uncomfortable. Habia una cucaracha. - cleanliness: bed bugs - quality: one of the beds was completely worn out, felt like sleeping on a hammock - quality: stove broken, hence what's the point then of an appartment? - service: Daniel was nowhere to be seen, upon arrival the doorman had no idea and only by chance a 2nd doorman had a mobile number to call - otherwise we'd be stranded after a long flight without a place to stay. No air conditioning. No cleanliness. No room for five, can only be good for three (maybe four). The neighbor's air conditioning is very loud but the windows can not be kept shut because of the lack of air in the apt. Bedbugs!!! It was horror. Was there with a one year old Baby. Never ever. Bedbugs had beaten me.. basic things missing (toilet paper, shower gel), not good airconditioning system but the worst of all were bed bugs. comfort building lift view from the room. We had no hot water, no running water at times, a clogged toilet, a complaining neighbor because he didn't like the sound of rolling luggage and a rat living in the apt. Scary, gross and I would never recommend this apt to anyone. Apt. Is not recommended to anyone but a single person.
