I liked everything about the hotel. It was quaint. Our room was a single. Small but perfect for us. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was very attentive. And it was very quiet at night. For the money it was a great place to stay.
Very friendly staff, made a mistake with the date and they changed it without any hassle. If you want to see Carmel without paying the price then I would recommend the Comfort Inn.όλα τα σχόλια »
Effective /efficient check-in procedure. Much appreciated provsion of breakfast. Also, would like to mention the multi electrical device connector/charger!.
Clean and tidy rooms, towels changed daily! Able to drive to tourist attractions that we had planned using the Comfort Inn as a central base.
Beds were very comfie, loved the jacuzzi bath which was a godsend after a long day sightseeing!!
Got good advice where to eat for dinner.
The staff were fantastic - even offered me a ride to the local laundrette. Great location for traveling to the race track.

Had it in my mind it was situated closer to the beach, it isn't! Breakfast room much smaller than it appears to be in the photograph on the website.

A family with children was staying in the room above mine and I could hear every noise that was made in the room, kids jumping and playing most of the night.
There was no wifi in the room, for wifi you have to go to the recepcion.

There are 2 sections of Fremont St. in Monterey. Our GPS took us to the wrong section. Don't know if address clarification is possible.

hallway was not so clean., but this is not a big thing. it's understandable because it's open.

our friends ( wyatt ) could not get out of staying because it was in a 24 hour time period . family emergence ,but they put everything on hold rather than leave.
The fridge in our room seem to be set at 60 degrees, which is way to warm. And there was no nob to turn it up.

Originally booked accommodation at Comfort Inn Monterey Bay. When we
arrived we were told that there was no accommodation and we were moved
to Comfort Inn Monterey by the Sea. Not really a problem except we were
tired and jet lagged and did not expect to hassle about a booking we had
made months previously. Very expensive for what was offered.
Noisy location on flight path to local airport and the walls and floors so thin you can hear everyone's movement, so not very peaceful. They were also undertaking roof repairs during our visit. Whilst this should have attracted a reduction in price it didn't, and this was by far the most expensive room we had during our two week tour.
It was horrible. There was so much disruptive noise on all sides of our
room. When notified, the staff did nothing to stop the loud guest. There
was hardly any food left in the breakfast area and what was left was old
and and cold. I will never stay here again and would never recommend
this place ever. It was terrible.
Loud overflying planes - airport a block away. Poor/non existant
sound proofing. Work being done on site early in the morning. The layout
of the hotel means every sound in the courtyard is amplified. Ridiculous
that the rooms are not soundproofed considering the prices charged
here..the breakfast is poorly stocked and not particularly nice.. We had
a two night reservation but left after one.. No refund even though we
checked out early. Avoid!!. had to wait at front desk for awhile before anyone came to check us in. then the room smelt funny, the outlets were all loose. the bathroom sink was plugged and we stayed there for the sauna, but the sauna wasnt working well either. wont stay there again.
