He even remembered my name 2 days later when I came back to pick up luggage they let us store there... Very helpful and efficient staff when needed - from reception to the concierge service, everyone was pleasant, friendly and made an effort. Made the stay highly enjoyable. Free Acura town car for up to 5 miles. The hotel was great, especially for young people, and I would stay at the W Hollywood again.

  As I had to vacate my home for renovations I was pretty tired the first night I checked in my room made a noise..they gladly moved me to a smaller room ( only room available) and discounted it. The following day they upgraded me to Villa # 55. from here on the stay was great............would have loved to have stayed longer. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance.
