I enjoyed that everything was in walking distance. Great restaurants,
movie theather, bowling alley, and Target. When I had a problem with my
room type and the non working refrigerator they addressed it the next

Together with my 3 friends, we stayed at the Intercontinental at Beverly Hills for 4 nights. Every single staff member we came into contact with were so nice & inviting, we were so sad to leave. Complimentary car service within 1.5 miles.... can it get any better than that?

From the moment I arrived at the Sheraton Universal I was completely happy that I made the right decision. I asked for a room with a view and was allocated a corner room with sweeping 180 degrees views. The comfort of the bed at the Sheraton is of course legendary -

We liked that it was only a 5 min walk to Universal Studios. The Concierge services were quite helpful and organized a tour for us with Lala Land tours which dropped us off at the airport straight after our tour, which was very convenient. Their 24hr room service was also great, since we only checked in at midnight. -

Very, very service-minded staff during the 8 days I stayed here. Especially Ryan and Felix at the front-desk! It was nice to have a mini fridge in the room in which I stored groceries and drinks I'd bought at Ralphs located two minutes away (by foot). Only 2 dollars to use the washing machine. marina del rey is perfectly located. my room had a beautiful view on to the harbour. the all staff were lovely and helpful. this hotel is a real gem. ok so it needs a refurb, and there is a bit of noise from the other floors but this is more than made up for with the plus points of which there are many.

We wanted a hotel close to the Getty Museums and Santa Monica.
