The employees were really polite and always helpful, the services provided were very proper and appropriate, the location was very convenient, the rooms were spacious with great view and there were no hidden charges. - Front desk staff, especially Lea (?), was wonderful & very
accommodating.
- The decor of the entire hotel & was very hip, modern, sexy, & luxurious- all in one. Loved the ambiance. It is definitely in a league of it's own.

We had a fabulous stay. Highly recommend it. All the staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. The hotel offered complimentary chauffeur service. A big thank you to Jose. We will be coming back.

The service was impeccable. Staff were friendly and more than willing to help with any request. Early checkin and late checkout request was accomodated with ease which was important as we had flown in from Australia. We got upgraded to a suite as it was our honeymoon. The room was quite simply the best I have stayed in and I've stayed in a few suites. The staff could not do enough for you and we're always there in the background to help. The location is amazing...walking distance to the designer shops on Rodeo Drive shops and Century City Mall. -

Everything! My room, though not large, was beautifully appointed with a deck and a panoramic view of the beach and ocean. I could see past the Ferris Wheel at the Santa Monica Pier!
The room service was outstanding and breakfast at the gourmet restaurant was wonderful. Each staff member I met was warm, friendly and extremely professional. I would definitely return again and again!

Room was large and airy. Bathroom was large and fabulous with two
showers and a soaking tub. Bed (king) was very comfortable. Balcony
was nice and view (looking south toward Pacific Design Center) was

Defenitely high standards hotel in each detail. Professional staff, personal client attitude, luxury environment, modern accommodation and breathtaking paniramic roof pool. Really regret for short staying defenetly will back to this Hotel again.
