Really the only place to stay in vegas if you want a chilled atmosphere.It is relaxing and well positioned near the middle of the strip. Always easy to get a taxi some times they will even give you the use of the hotels chaufer driven merc S class. Great views of vegas. If you want to gamble the aria casino is 2 mins walk. Everything is made to take the guests to the casino, but for people who knows to control this impulse, The Venetian is a very confortable and fantastic place to see amazing shows and enjoy excelent restaurants. We were thrilled with the Wyndham Grand Desert! Highlights were the mini-kitchen including a DISHWASHER, in-unit washer/dryer, separate bedroom, and lovely pool area. Soundproofing must be pretty good because we hardly ever heard any other guests while in our unit. It was an attractive, immaculate property in an excellent location. -

I cannot rate the staff because we had 2 experiences, one bad, one
great. The first woman we checked in with was just snotty-attempting to
be business like, but really, was a b----. Wouldn't give us a good
rate, so we made reservations from Booking right then and there. Then,

The staff were excellent to deal with. We stayed for 2 days then away a night before returning for another 4 and they allowed us to view a different room first so we could check in straight away. As it turned out, we wanted the same room we had before so they made that happen and recognised the room had just been released so we could checkin right then. The facilities were exactly what we needed for a long stay. The housekeeping was also excellent as was the heated pool.

The hotel was luxurious, the rooms were wonderful. You are only a 5 minute walk away from the main strip and with the hotel not having casino facilities it also meant you could escape the hustle and bustle of Vegas. - room size, great staff

The staff was friendly and helpful.
When we had a concern about our room, it was taken care of quickly and without any sense of it being an inconvenience. The proximity to the District shopping area was nice. The shuttle service was also convenient. -

The staff at this hotel was one of the best I've ever experienced.
Considering this is a 4-star and not a 5-star, my friends and I were

Staff was very friendly and gave great service. Room was clean and as described. Close enough to main part of the strip to walk every day. Restaurant inside casino next door (ellis-island) has good food at great price!! (Dinner for 2 for less than 30 bucks, steak 10oz and eggs 5.99$). We got a deal at about 800 for the room for 7 nights and it was well worth it.
