Very good position (5 minutes walking from the centre of the strip), big and rich room, very nice environment. - Great location, large, clean and spacious rooms. The restaurants were all good, serving good food at reasonable prices.

The Westin Heavenly Bed and the service at this hotel make it a great place to stay in Las Vegas. It is not on the strip but only one block away, five minute walk at most. I would stay here again. - The quality of the Hotel

too far from the elevator as my wife was on crutches and had difficulty

A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU TO "MARGO' > being disabled, my first room I believe 19075 was so far from the elevator it made it difficult for me to walk that far on a recurring basis. I returned to the booking desk and was fortunate to meet Margo. This young lady went I feel out of her way to find me another room closer to the elevator. After our stay at the Las Vegas Embassy Suites we vowed to never stay anywhere else! Rooms have a nice kitchenette and seperate bedroom. Location was excellent. Airport Shuttle was a real plus. There are very fine restaurants all within walking distance such as PF Changs, Hofbrau Haus, Firefly Bistro and the Marakech. - friendliness of staff

Everything- the spa is amazing (the best massage therapists I have had
in a long while) the eucalyptus steam room is godsend after a long plane
ride. The pool is beautiful and clean gets great sun all day. The Adult

coffeehouse has the worst coffee I've ever tasted & only fair
service. Valet was great. The housekeepers were sweet. Having to pay for
Internet & no coffee in room were 2 negatives. Would rather pay more
for room with Internet. I don't mind paying more just don't
nickel & dime me.

everything! the staff were fantastic, we were upgraded to a suite at no cost, fabulous amenities, fabulous views, rocking pool party, great location. The check-in process was quick and efficient. I had requested a top floor via letsbookhotel.com, which I did not originally get upon check-in. However, the front desk agent was kind enough to give us a top floor, which we enjoyed thoroughly. Dated property. Smoking allowed in restaurant/casino/reception areas. Notified staff of two issues in room - water running in toilet and balky bathroom light switch - on second of three day stay. No action had been taken upon checkout. Charged more on bill than agreed upon amount. Pricing discrepancy resolved by letsbookhotel.com after inquiry by traveler.
