Everything from the Dunkin Donuts downstairs to the front desk clerk
giving us a room we wanted, to the friendliness of all the staff, to the
cleanliness, oh! And the beds were some of the most comfortable I've
ever slept on. The blankets were the right weight, and there was an
extra down pillow-perfect! For comfortable sleeping. Hotel was
pleasantly clean. The location is so convenient-right across the street
from the bus, right downtown where all the fun action is. The bookie at

Location, Price of the Rooms.
The Tables were maintained well, and friendly workers all over the place. Dealers were very good. Overall a good experience, period. The Staff working on the 8th floor, first rate. We like the older part of the city Hotel fits.
We Loved it All! When & if we get back to Vegas we will Be Staying at The Freemont .and only at the Freemont! Thank You All for A Wonderful Stay. Ron & Sandy Gilbert.
Rooms are clean, nicely renovated. Bed is very comfortable. Easy access to Fremont St and all of downtown. Small, old school casino; more intimate than larger resorts on the strip.
Room was very comfortable and clean. Great value and excellent location. Very quiet despite being right on Fremont Street. Would definitely stay again.

The only glitch was the front desk lady gave us incorrect bus info--but
the fact that there is a bus ambassador right across the street from the
Fremont who was friendly, kind, helpful, and knew all the answers made
it all okay. The heater did not get very warm but it was not an issue
because the weather was not cold.
The air conditioning had problems. A skunk got either to close to one of the vents and its smell came into our room which was on the 8th. Floor. Also there was a smell of smoke coming I believe from other rooms down below our floor. Location for the rest rooms, a bit far from tables.

Room and bathroom are very small. Faint smell of smoke even though it was a non smoking room.
Only smoking room was available with two small beds. We reserved a non smoking room and one king size bed. This was very disapointing and we did not receive any compensation! (policy wise).

Well I was very disappointed that I had to pay $9.99 for Internet on top of my room price. It would have also been nice to get at least one of our meals for free, like other hotels offer.
Limited TV channels and no refrigerator or coffee making facility in room.
The bathrooms in the room have not been properly cleaned in awhile. There was dust all over everything and it was a quarter inch thick on the hair dryer and on the floor behind the door.
Narrow walkways between rows of slot machines mad it a little difficult to walk around while it was busy.
Wish there was a pool. And the drink servers took orders and didn't come back twice.

The bathroom was disgusting. Outdated and really uncomfortable. Didn't want to even use the facilities. The speckle paint is chipping on all the fixtures. Old toilet. Door hits toilet, cant reach flusher, bathtub not appealing.
Buffet was just ok, not much of a variety.

Room wasn't as clean as it could have been. Front desk attendant borderline rude.
I didn't like that you have to hike to another hotel to use the
pool. Cigarette smell was strong in the non smoking areas. Beds are old
and creaky. Furniture pretty old and cheap. I know you get what you pay
for so I wasn't too surprised. I do know of others who had same deal
at nicer places but it wasn't downtown.

Rooms where to noisy restrooms to small beds where not comfy at all will not be staying there again.
